Client Service Management
Lending Link has a dedicated team to look after your home, property investment or commercial property finance requirements. We call them Client Service Managers, because their role is to manage the client from start to finish taking into account a matrix of (often) complex asset protection and tax effective structures (as dictated by the client) and align these needs with the most suitable loan product from our lending panel.
We differentiate from our competition in the following key areas:
No "in house" loan offer
We do not have our own loan product thus ensuring that our clients are not pressured into a higher commission yielding "in house" product.
Salaried Analysts
Our Client Service Managers' loan recommendations are not influenced in any way by a lender's commission rates or incentives.
Capacity
We have a team of people that are capable of handling all forms of loan applications from simple pre-approvals through to the most complex loan structures.
Communication

Accreditation
All Lending Link loan writing staff members are fully accredited mortgage consultants with many years of experience in the industry. They are salaried and therefore not influenced by lender commission incentives nor pressured by loan volume targets when analysing the best loan products for our clients.
